Based on the fundamental belief that "rice sake is the taste of rice," the Honda Shoten Brewery only focus on using Yamada Nishiki from the designated area of Hyogo prefecture to brew its sake. They are one of the first companies in the sector to specialize in brewing Daiginjo and has received a total of 20 gold prizes at the National New Sake Appraisal.

Daiginjo-style brewing method was used to increase the fruitiness of this sake. The Tatsuriki Junmai Dragon Episode 3 features a powerful Junmai flavor and a Daiginjo fragrance. Additionally, the taste is deep and smooth due to the use of Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
