What happens if I am not at home for the delivery?

• If no one is at home to collect the parcel, a O Sake representative will contact you and if you are agreeable, we will leave the items at your door and place it as discreetly as possible. However, O Sake bears no responsibility if the delivered items are damaged or goes missing in the process.
• If you prefer not to leave your parcel outside, we will have to schedule another delivery with a fee of $10.00.
