Sake Masterclass
It was a journey of the palate as participants tasted sakes of different types, including Kun-Shu (aromatic style), Sou-Shu (clean style) as well as Jun-Shu (full body style).
In an interactive session, our participants tried classifying the sakes they’d tasted and gave their thoughts on what types of food is best paired with each sake. After the session, our participants were able to compare their tasting notes and learn from each other.
Best part – the event was held at Rakuya, where participants got to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine.
