Shipping options
- Free standard delivery for orders 2 bottles and above
- $10 delivery fee for orders below 1 bottle
Delivery Methods
- 1 – 2 days (Monday to Saturday, between 2pm – 6pm. Excluding Sunday & PH)
- Free standard delivery for all orders 2 bottles and above
- For orders that is 1 bottle, delivery would be at $10
- Parcels are packed within 48 hours of ordering
- Orders will be delivered via a courier delivery service or our in-house delivery drivers. You will receive an email and/or SMS when the delivery has be dispatched.
International delivery
Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping due to tax and legislation issues. Delivery for Singapore addressee only.
RETURNS
Is it possible to return or change sake
The change of sake and refund is not acceptable. However, if you find any failure, please contact us within 5 days after receiving sake.
Due to the nature of this product, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers’ personal preferences.
